What we collect

LuckyDuck stores:

• Your account identity (email and name), handled by Clerk
• Your ticket numbers and the draws they cover
• Your notification preferences
• Draw-check results for your tickets
• Notification delivery logs
• A small analytics log about notification permission and delivery

OneSignal separately holds a push subscription identifier for your device, so it can deliver notifications.

Why

We collect this so LuckyDuck can check your tickets against draw results, notify you when there's something to know, and let you sign in to see your own tickets.

Where it's stored

LuckyDuck runs on Vercel and stores data in Neon, both hosted in the United States. That means your data may leave Canada.

Third parties

We use Clerk for sign-in, OneSignal for push notifications, Vercel for hosting, and Neon for the database. We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads.

Your choices

You can delete a ticket at any time. You can delete your account from account settings, which removes your data from LuckyDuck.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, or until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your tickets, preferences, and check results.

Canadian privacy law

PIPEDA is the federal law that applies to how Canadian businesses handle personal information. We aim to follow its principles, but we make no claim of formal compliance certification.
